We also have a team of attached District Nurses. They provide nursing care to patients who are confined to their own homes.
Our Community Midwives work in association with the Doctors, providing care during pregnancy and immediately afterwards.
The attached Health Visitor, along with one of her colleagues will provide advice on health care, working mainly with families with small children. In particular they are involved in assessing the development of babies and young children, and ensuring that all are fully immunised.
