Management and Administration Staff
We value and encourage comments and feed back from all patients registered with the practice. Kay is responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the Practice, as well as the administration. If you wish to make any enquiries or have a comment about the service we provide she will be happy to help.
|Rachel Egerton||Medical Secretary|
Reception staff are bound by the same rules of confidentiality as the doctors. The job of the receptionist is to ease the flow of consultations of patients with doctors. Many of the administrative systems are operated by the Receptionists, so please help them to help you.
Receptionists are the engine house of the Surgery, doing a wide range of administrative jobs, answering telephone calls and greeting patients at the counter. At times there may be slight delays so please be patient until they can attend to you.
Data Protection and Your Medical Records
The Practice fully complies with the Data Protection Act 1998. Under the Act patients have a right to be informed whether personal data about them is being processed and have the right of access to the data.
Patients can review the data processed and formal applications for access should be made in writing to the Practice Manager. A fee may be charged for this.
If you are concerned about any of the ways in which your confidential data is being dealt with, further information is available from the Practice Manager. You are entitled to register an objection, which will be respected if this is possible.
